Vendors Sought for Labor Day Fireworks & OktoberfestSpecial events are back in Gaithersburg, and organizers are seeking vendors and participants as crowds return to celebrate Labor Day and Oktoberfest. Food trucks and food vendors only can apply to participate in the Labor Day Picnic & Fireworks at Bohrer Park on Sunday, September 5. The application deadline is August 4. Vendors of all types, including artisans and commercial businesses, food and beverage purveyors, nonprofit organizations, and political candidates, can apply to participate in Oktoberfest, taking place in the Old Farm and Downtown areas of Kentlands on Sunday, October 10.
