A Brand New Senior Living Community Opens Up in Germantown, MD

Seneca Creek Senior Living is a brand-new apartment community for seniors 62 years and older.

Ms. Wallace responds: “ Seneca Creek Senior Living is a brand new senior living community. Located in Germantown, the building has 2 elevators and a full amenity package including fitness center, cyber lounge, community room and package lockers. The one- and two-bedroom apartments come in a variety of floorplan styles. Each apartment home has a beautiful kitchen with cabinetry and black appliances, plank flooring and individual washer and dryer.

The building is newly opened. Staff are in the leasing office, and someone can give you a tour of the community and of your future home. Availability!  Units are going fast!”

Resident Bell Billingsley commented: “ I am really enjoying living here at Seneca Creek Senior Living. It’s very comfortable and quiet. I really love having my own washer and dryer in my unit, and I love that the trash and recycle is conveniently on each floor. I love relaxing by the fireplace and sipping tea they offer residents from the refreshment corner. It’s a very nice place.” 

Ms. Wallace wanted it noted that all leasing documents MUST be dated within a certain time frame from the application date! So once you tour, please get your leasing paperwork done as soon as possible. Office staff is available to assist with paperwork.
